Self-Compassion Workshop - Week 2

We will again explore Self-Compassion.  In her life changing book, Kristen Neff, PhD says, "Having compassion for yourself means that you honor and accept your humanness."
We will use her book as a guide on a journey to self compassion and learning to embrace and love the messiness in our humanity.
