1:1 Coaching

You are the most important person in your life. The investment you make in yourself, your well-being and your growth impacts every area of your life. Whether you are in a transition or feeling stuck in your personal or professional life:

  • We will explore belief systems and patterns of behavior that are creating your current experiences and uncover what needs to shift in order to move forward.

  • Experience new ways of seeing and doing things as we build awareness, shift mindset, set goals, implement actions, create accountability and use tools and strategies to help you thrive and flourish.

As your coach,  you can expect me to:
1. Be a partner in bringing out the best, the deepest, and the truest in you
2. Provide safety, encouragement and support; an environment in which you can relax and explore
3. Respect the confidentiality of the agreements we make
4. Expand your view of what is possible and promote discovery of new insights
5. Give you input, straight feedback and operate as a sounding board
6. Listen carefully to what you say and ask questions that increase awareness
7. Be an on-going resource for you in accomplishing your intentions

 

Stepping Boldly into Your Life

I am deeply committed to helping you create and achieve your vision for your personal and/or professional life.  Together we will explore what you want and what your natural and most powerful way of achieving that is.

Coaching works by combining inner work with outward action. Inner work involves identifying and updating the core beliefs and habits currently creating your life experiences. The outer work involves creating the goals, processes and systems that support you in meeting your goals. Along the way, I offer you researched based theories, measurement and tools to enhance your journey.

Beginning with a Discovery Session (a deep dive on what is working in your life and what areas you would like to see change) , we will work to identify where you are and where you would like to be this month, this quarter and/or this year. Whether you want to focus on your “being” goals or work on “doing” goals, (or both), we will spend this time uncovering what is holding you back AND empowering you with tools and strategies to shift your mindset, embrace your strengths, and establish realistic goals to create the life you deeply desire.

Six- Month Package includes Discovery Session (75 minute session, with pre-work) and eleven one hour coaching sessions.

 

Thrive Women’s Leadership 1:1 Coaching

Leadership coaching offers you the opportunity to explore your strengths, belief systems, mindset, and patterns of behavior that impact your life and your leadership.

We will examine scarcity and abundance, fixed and growth mindset, effective and ineffective communication styles, meaning and purpose, and short term and long term goal setting, all through the lens of the impact you want to make in your life and your work.

In addition, we will have the opportunity to uncover the power of vulnerability, compassion and leading with your heart wide open.
